Baking Studio

Last year we opened our first Baking Studio in Tokyo.

With the help of a kitchen designer, Matsumoto Naoya, we renovated our old office, and turned it into a modern baking studio.

Our ambition is to introduce to you the secrets and success of our oven-fresh baking concept: A convenient, flexible and labor efficient operation that facilitates freshness around the clock, and excites the senses of consumers.

In addition, we invite you to learn from our baker team about special recipes and decoration methods of our bakery products.
